Our mission statement for the organization is drawn from the vision of our parent body, The Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church and its pastor, Dr. Michael A. Poke, Sr. 

Our mission is to transform our community from the inside out. 

The SPCEDC will work with residents, businesses, and organizations to further revitalize the area bounded by Route 60, the north and south Amandaville City of St. Albans and surroundings areas.

Saint Paul Community and Economic Development Corporation (SPCEDC), is a Non-Profit 501C3, (tax exempt) organization managed by a Board of Directors.
